Take me
take me to that place
far beyond my imagination
far beyond my consciousness
let me live in illusion
let me be drenched in glitters
let me lay on the bed of black rose
its defence bullies my body
but its beauty fills my eyes
i lay there till it pricks out last drop of life
my soul dressed in darkness
filled with desires
takes steps into the unknown

Him
I saw him,
across the road
that charming smile,
still carved on his face
i dusted off my feelings
fathomed all the dreams i saw
with him
beside me
but those are nightmares
as my forbidden love strikes my guts
left alone with bleeding tears
as i would always be invisible to him
for a straight man he is
and i a twisted oneINDUSTRIAL VISIT
On
27th
February around 4 o clock we set about on our first ever Industrial
visit. Our destination was Manorama office and club fm radio station
in Kozhikode. On the same day we arrived at LULU mall which is In
Ernakulam to watch a movie , we had two options either to go for a
Malayalam movie called captain or opt for 2018 best film of all ‘
Black Panther ‘, the movie gave goosebumps from the very beginning
to the very end . A standalone film which glorifies the culture and
the tradition of the discriminated fraction of American society .
The movie got over by 12 and It was more so delightful to experience
Ernakulam in its tranquility , it was as though the curtains were
drawn and the circus cleared out for the day. We all got on the bus
and slept off where ever we found space for the rest of the trip to
Kozhikode .
Kozhikode
District was the capital of the erstwhile kingdom of the mighty
Zamorins and once a renowned commercial center. Today Kozhikode is
one of the best cities in Kerala. Endowed with lush green
countrysides, serene beaches, historic sites, wildlife sanctuaries,
rivers, and hills, this city enchants both its inhabitants and its
guests. With its unique culture and friendly ambiance, Kozhikode is a
wondrous destination for all. Kozhikode on 7th
June 2012 was given the tag “City of Sculptures”.
We
kicked off 28th
February by visiting the publishing hub Mathrubhumi. Mathrubhumi is
a Malayalam newspaper. It was
founded by K. P. Kesava Menon, an active volunteer in the Indian
freedom struggle against the British. The word
"Mathrubhumi" roughly translates to "mother land".
It is the second most widely read newspaper daily in
Kerala. .[2] They
publish a variety of magazines and supplements including the weekly
literary magazine, Mathrubhumi
Azhchappathippu.[3]
Based
in the northern Kerala town of Kozhikode, Mathrubhumi was
founded in 1922 in the aftermath of Mahatma Gandhi's
non-cooperation movement as a public limited company. This status
makes it rare among newspapers, which tend to be closely held private
companies owned by a single family
Mathrubhumi is
one of the most circulated newspapers in Kerala, and is headquartered
in Kozhikode. Inside Kerala, it is printed from
Kozhikode, Thiruvananthapuram, Kottayam, Kochi, Thrissur, Kannur, Palakkad, Malappuram, Kollam and Alappuzha.
Outside Kerala, it is published from Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai,
and New Delhi.Mathrubhumi is also printed from Dubai. It has a
current readership of 94,44,000 as per the Indian Readership Survey
2009.
Our
next stop was Club fm radio , it
is a private FM radio
station for the state of Kerala in India, operated by
the Mathrubhumi in Kerala, specialising in popular
music throughout the day. It received three RAPA awards in 2007,
instituted by the Radio and TV Advertising Practitioners Association
of India to honour exceptional work in radio and television.[1] The
FM radio will transmit 24/7 entertainment, songs and public
awareness information. The frequency for the stations in
three cities; Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi and Kannur is 94.3
FM and at Kozhikode and Thrissur, 104.80 MHz.
After
the visit we had our figure licking biriyani for lunch at adaminte
chayakkada. The place stays with anyone who is a genuine foodie , the
savory beef roast will put your mothers recipe to shame.
Then
we headed to SM street where your eyes get bombarded. Its locally
called “muttayi theruve” which translates into candy street and
it is rightly named so ,anyone who visit goes banana running after
things like kids and arguing with their better judgment whether to
buy or leave empty handed
To
end the trip on the best note we got to spend the rest of the time in
the beach most went to take a dip in the beach but some of us decided
to sit back and take in the sunset in all its beauty .
